For  Arborvitae Health & Wellbeing Supplement the recommended dosages are:

• Minimum dose 30mL per day.
• Maximum dose 100mL per day. 50mL each morning and evening.

For Arborvitae Joint Health the recommended dosages are:

• Starting dose: Take 100mL per day – 50 mL morning and evening.
• Maintenance dose: Take 60mL per day – 30mL each morning and evening.

For Arborvitae Cognitive Function, Memory and Eye Health the recommended dosages are:

• Starting dose: Take 100mL per day – 50 mL morning and evening.
• Maintenance dose: Take 60mL once daily.

Dosage

We recommend an initial dosage of 100mL per day (50mL in the morning and 50mL in the evening) until there is a noticeable change in your condition. If you suffer from 2 or more conditions, it could take 3 or 4 bottles until your body starts to improve.

Osteoarthritis-type conditions vs cholesterol, blood glucose conditions

Improvements with osteoarthritis-type conditions are more noticeable and easier to measure with respect to pain levels and mobility, whereas high cholesterol and blood glucose levels require a blood test to check any improvements. Generally, for high cholesterol and blood glucose levels, we recommend that customers remain on 100mL for a period of 6 weeks before having a blood test.
