For  Arborvitae Health & Wellbeing Supplement the recommended dosages are:

• Minimum dose 30mL per day.
• Maximum dose 100mL per day. 50mL each morning and evening.

For Arborvitae Joint Health the recommended dosages are:

• Starting dose: Take 100mL per day – 50 mL morning and evening.
• Maintenance dose: Take 60mL per day – 30mL each morning and evening.

For Arborvitae Cognitive Function, Memory and Eye Health the recommended dosages are:

• Starting dose: Take 100mL per day – 50 mL morning and evening.
• Maintenance dose: Take 60mL once daily.

Please note that each Arborvitae product contains the same formulation. Each Arborvitae product is listed in the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods and consists of different claims and dosages only. You only need to take one Arborvitae product at a time.

Arborvitae supplements  are a daily supplement that through regular use, work on bringing down inflammation in the body, whilst at the same time introducing powerful antioxidants which are able to reach every part of the body. This dual action also assists in supporting the immune system.

This will vary depending upon a range of factors, including the following.

The particular condition you have and how long you have had it

Whether it be osteoarthritis, high cholesterol, high blood glucose levels or another condition, or a combination of some or all.

If you have more than one condition that has been ongoing for some time

Arborvitae will start working on the most inflamed condition within your body first, so it may take longer for all conditions to be addressed.

Dosage

We recommend an initial dosage of 100mL per day (50mL in the morning and 50mL in the evening) until there is a noticeable change in your condition. If you suffer from 2 or more conditions, it could take 3 or 4 bottles until your body starts to improve.

Osteoarthritis-type conditions vs cholesterol, blood glucose conditions

Improvements with osteoarthritis-type conditions are more noticeable and easier to measure with respect to pain levels and mobility, whereas high cholesterol and blood glucose levels require a blood test to check any improvements. Generally, for high cholesterol and blood glucose levels, we recommend that customers remain on 100mL for a period of 6 weeks before having a blood test.

Other Observations

We have found that many people take a cocktail of prescription medicines and vitamins/ supplements. Whilst Arborvitae is generally OK with most medications, we suggest that people reduce the number of Vitamins/Supplements they take for a few weeks to enable a proper trial period for Arborvitae to do its job. [HOWEVER, DO NOT CHANGE ANY PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS WITHOUT CONSULTING YOUR MEDICAL PRACTITIONER].

Every person’s body/system works differently, and we tend to outline the most common ways for taking Arborvitae. We do have customers suffering a range of conditions and some very serious conditions, where dosages are important, and these people tend to remain on higher dosages for longer periods of time.

The aim is to feel better and see improvement in your condition, whilst at the same time allowing for dosages to reduce over time, so that a bottle of Arborvitae is as cost effective as possible and allows Arborvitae to be part of your daily health regime going forward.

It is always a good idea to see your doctor and having tests done to set a baseline, so that you can measure any changes that may occur and to judge how well the products are working.

Generally, we would expect that a person who takes Arborvitae, should start to feel the benefits of taking Arborvitae within 2 to 4 weeks. This may however vary from person to person.
